At Perfume Empire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Securely

Place the original, unopened fragrance bottle in its authentic packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent damage.

Label and Ship

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
